Fashion Outlets at Traverse Mountain is located on 50 acres in the master planned development, Traverse Mountain, and is currently anchored by a 150,000 sf Cabela’s. The store drew 5 million visitors in it’s first year of operation and is the company’s #1 ranked store. The center will also include direct pedestrian access to a new Trax Light Rail Station that will run from Ogden/Salt Lake City to/from Provo. The site is fully entitled, utilities are already in place, and all access roads to and from I-15 are built and in operation.
