Jancee Aellig joined Craig Realty Group in July 2001 as General Manager at Carlsbad Company Stores, introducing a successful Specialty Leasing Program that helped increase sales to $578 psf. In September 2004 she was called on to head up a newly instituted Specialty Leasing Program for Craig Realty Group, overseeing and generating additional income at each of the company's properties through short-term, specialty and seasonal leasing.Jancee has over 20 years experience in the retail industry. Prior to joining Craig Realty Group, she spent 7 years with the Westfield Corporation and 11 years with Price/Costco, holding several management and marketing positions. Jancee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino.
