David King joined Craig Realty Group in 2006 after nearly seven years of private practice in Southern California. His responsibilities include overseeing the legal aspects of center operations and company marketing strategy; corporate compliance for the various entities controlled by Craig Realty Group; documenting the company's service and construction contracts, and overseeing the Company's outside litigation. Prior to joining Craig Realty Group, David was an associate in firms in Los Angeles and Newport Beach specializing in real estate, corporate and commercial litigation and bankruptcy.

David was admitted to the bar in 1999 in California and the United States District Court for the District of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County, Orange County and Beverly Hills Bar Association's Real Estate and Litigation Sections. David is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
