Claudia J. Fanaras joined Craig Realty Group in January 1999. In her capacity as Senior Leasing Executive she is involved in all leasing activities for the following: Plaza at San Clemente, Sussex Commons Lifestyle Outlets and Outlets at Vicksburg. Prior to joining Craig Realty Group, Claudia held senior leasing positions with JMJ Properties and Horizon Group. She also served as assistant vice president for New Plan Realty of New York, vice president/director of leasing for Factory Merchants Mall of Los Angeles, and vice president/director of leasing for Mondev, a Canadian development company with projects in Massachusetts.Claudia's career in the shopping center industry spans more than 28 years, 13 of which have been devoted to the outlet mall arena. Her experience includes extensive retail leasing, tenant coordination, marketing and new product development. She conducts business from an east coast office based in Bradford, Massachusetts, where she is able to maximize services to northeastern-based clients. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
