Brenda S. Benter joined the Craig Realty Group leasing team in 2008. In her capacity as Senior Leasing Executive, she is involved in all leasing activities for the Citadel Outlets.

Brenda’s career in real estate leasing spans 21 years, of which the past 18 years have been devoted to retail leasing. Prior to joining Craig Realty Group, Brenda was Director of Retail Leasing for The Irvine Company where she was responsible for leasing the company’s new development projects, as well as The Market Place, a 1.6 million square foot regional power center, and the coastal collection. Prior to joining The Irvine Company, Brenda held senior leasing positions including VP of Leasing for Kodash, Inc., a real estate investment company with numerous retail holdings throughout southern California, and Director of Leasing for ICI Development Company where she was responsible for leasing the company’s entire shopping center portfolio including numerous ground-up developments and many redevelopments as well as the company’s existing shopping centers.

Brenda is an active member of CREW, ACRE, and ICSC, and has been awarded the ICSC designations of CLS and SCLS. Brenda is a graduate of UCLA, and she is an active board member of the UCLA Athletics Club of Orange County.
