Kim Shelford joined the Craig Realty Group leasing team in 2005 following the acquisition of the outlet centers in Castle Rock, Loveland and Silverthorne in Colorado, which she handled the leasing of prior to the acquisitions. Kim has held senior positions with The DeBartolo Corporation, Horizon Group Inc., JMJ Properties Inc., and most recently was VP of Leasing for TGS North American REIT, a Canadian company who acquired the three Colorado centers in 2002.Kim's career in the retail and shopping center industries spans more than 23 years, 17 of which have been devoted to the outlet sector. Her experience includes buying, marketing, operations, new development and re-development. She conducts business from her office based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
