Molly Conroy-Ungerecht joined Craig Realty Group in May 2008. In her capacity as a Leasing Executive, she is involved in all leasing activities for Cabazon Outlets, Conroe Outlets, and Lake Elsinore Outlets. Molly also assists Claudia Fanaras in leasing Outlets at Hillsboro.

Prior to joining Craig Realty Group, Molly was the Vice President of Retail Sales for Le Creuset where she oversaw the entire field operations of a 40-store chain of outlets. Molly was recruited to join Le Creuset when she was the Vice President of Technical Services for The Friedman Group, a retail-oriented consulting company. In her capacity as a Vice President she handled high profile clients, delivered public seminars, and over saw both the training and writing departments.

Molly's career in retail spans 15 years, most of it spent helping companies better connect with their customer and increase their sales and profits. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
