David Sanner joined Craig Realty Group in March of 2008 as General Counsel - Litigation. He is responsible for all commercial and real estate litigation matters for the company.

From 1975 to 1978, Dave served as a Deputy District Attorney in Las Vegas where he prosecuted a variety of criminal actions. In 1978, Dave moved to Newport Beach and joined the firm of Howser & Brown. He became a partner in 1983 and remained at that firm until February 2008. His civil practice included business and commercial litigation and all aspects of real estate law.

Dave attended the University of Southern California where he obtained his B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science in 1971 and his J.D. degree in 1974. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of California and Nevada and has completed over 40 jury trials and several hundred bench trials.
