 Claudia J. Fanaras
Claudia J. Fanaras joined Craig Realty Group in January 1999. In her capacity as Senior Leasing Representative she is involved in all leasing activities for the following properties: Chicagoland Outlets at Country Club Hills, Outlets at Hillsboro and Outlets at Vicksburg.
Prior to joining CRG, Claudia held senior leasing positions with JMJ Properties and Horizon Group. She also served as Assistant Vice President for New Plan Realty of New York; Vice President/Director of Leasing for Factory Merchants Malls of Los Angeles; and Vice President/Director of Leasing for Mondev, a Canadian development company with projects in Massachusetts.
Claudia's career in the shopping center industry spans more than thirty-three years, eighteen of which have been devoted to the outlet mall arena. Her experience includes extensive retail leasing, tenant coordination, marketing and new product development. She conducts business from an east coast office based in Bradford, Massachusetts, where she is able to maximize services to eastern and northeastern-based clients.
Claudia began her career in 1976 in the conventional shopping center industry holding positions with JMB Properties, The Adler Group, Campeau, and Paramount Group. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
