 Carol Schillne
Carol Schillne joined Craig Realty Group’s leasing team in 2010. In her capacity as Senior Leasing Executive, she is involved in all leasing activities for Legends Outlets at Sparks and Plaza San Clemente.
Carol has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry with a retail niche in consulting and brokerage. Her background encompasses a detailed approach including thorough analysis and strong relationships with retailers. Carol’s years of retail experience include over 17 years with CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office, 4 years as a Senior Partner with Pacific Retail Partners in Long Beach and 2 years as a tenant representation specialist with The Staubach Company in Newport Beach.
Her assignments have included property development, merchandising, disposition services, institutional leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. She is an active member of ICSC, CREW and ACRE. She has been awarded the CLS and SCLS designations through ICSC and has served on multiple program boards. Carol is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she was a 4 year All-American swimmer. Carol prides herself on exceptional stamina and dedication in her work.
